| Cancellation and Refund | |
| Cancellations must be received in writing to AlpinElite. A full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee per person, will be made for cancellations received 60 days or more before the first day of your package. A service charge of $200 per person will be retained if the cancellation is received within 60 days of the first day of your package. If a cancellation is received fewer than 15 days before the first day, we will refund up to 50%, minus all telephone expenses and hotel penalties. Refunds are not available for unused days or portions of your package. | |
