| Sioux was born in Colorado (USA) and grew up in Southern California. She attended the University of California at Irvine where she received her bachelors degrees in both Psychology and Economics before completing her formal education at Boston University where she received a Ph.D. in Psychology.
Sioux has always been passionate about sports and adventure. Her sports interests are too numerous to list, but her true passions are swimming and skydiving. She is a 12-time Swiss Masters Swimming National Champion and has competed in numerous open water swims with a 10th place finish in the 2-day Gigathlon and 12th place in the Inferno Triathlon relays. Sioux moved to Switzerland 12 years ago where she worked for several years in Global Marketing and Brand Management for UBS – one of the world’s leading financial firms. After leaving UBS, she decided to mix business and pleasure by creating AlpinElite with Hene. Sioux runs the daily business at AlpinElite, including marketing, client relations, partnerships, etc. |
